Violation reports must be submitted to the Board in writing through the Management Company.
Prior to submitting a violation report, please consider the following:
- Ensure that all pertinent information is accurate and included in your report
- Telephone or personal conversations with the Management Company or Board members are not considered valid violation reports. All reports must be in writing and submitted via the Violation Report Form.
- Complaints regarding community-living issues such as noise from running water, flushing toilets, footsteps, etc. do not constitute valid noise complaints. A polite letter or conversation with the Owner or tenant usually resolves these community-living issues.
- If the behavior continues, please report the matter through this form at each occurrence. Note that continued violations may be needed to assess a fine depending on the Violation Policy of your community.
- Please note the Management Company does not decide if the reported violation receives action. This report will be submitted to the Board for their review and decision regarding any action.
