Meet Our Staff
Benjamin T. Lara
Mr. Lara is a licensed real estate broker with over 25-years of real estate brokerage and property management experience. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the California State University Dominguez Hills. His expertise lies in maximizing the return of investment properties of all types. As an active real estate broker Mr. Lara is tuned into the trends in the real estate market, which allows him to strategize with property owners to achieve the greatest return on their investment.
Kenny Y. Bae
Mr. Bae has been managing real estate since 2010 and is the Managing Broker of AM/PM Property Management. He brings over 10 years of real estate brokerage and/or property management experience to AM/PM Property Management and our clients. His dedication to customer service and years of well-rounded experience allow him to successfully meet the needs of our clients. Mr. Bae specializes in the performance of investment property by analyzing market trends and outlining individual performance goals for each property we manage.
Nicole Buendia
Nicole Buendia has held her Real Estate Salesperson license since 2012. She has worked within the Property Management industry for over 15 years. She has a thorough knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law and HOA Management. Nicole is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) through the CAMICB. As our Senior Property Manager she oversees all Leasing, Owner & Tenant Relations, and Asset Management. She is diligent and works hard at refining her skills to best benefit the team and our clients. She is a valued asset to the success of our company and clients.
Kristi Pedrosa
Administrative Assistant
Kristi Pedrosa has worked with AM/PM Property Management for several years. She has worked in many facets of our office operations. She assists our office in many areas including Accounts Payable & Receivable, Leasing, and Special Projects. She works hard on developing strong relationships with clientele and is always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. Kristi is invaluable and always a pleasure to work with.
Veronica Marta
Maintenance Coordinator
Veronica is the newest member of our team. She handles the coordination of all maintenance requests, showing properties, and conducting our property inspections. She is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of maintenance for our Owners and Tenants. She plays a critical role in maintaining a welcoming, and functional environment for our clients. She has been a helpful addition to our team and we look forward to her work in assisting our clients.
Jeanne McHale
Administrative Assistant
Jeanne’s customer service provides owners and customers alike with personal attention meeting all expectations. Jeanne has worked in customer service for over 20 years. Jeanne is responsible for assisting all long-term management team members. Jeanne monitors all tenant emails, correspondence, problem solving and promptly responds the same day to all inquiries. She maintains outstanding relationships with tenants working closely with the maintenance department
