Association Violation Report Form

Violation reports must be submitted to the Board in writing through the Management Company.

Prior to submitting a violation report, please consider the following:


  1. Ensure that all pertinent information is accurate and included in your report
  2. Telephone or personal conversations with the Management Company or Board members are not considered valid violation reports. All reports must be in writing and submitted via the Violation Report Form.
  3. Complaints regarding community-living issues such as noise from running water, flushing toilets, footsteps, etc. do not constitute valid noise complaints. A polite letter or conversation with the Owner or tenant usually resolves these community-living issues.
  4. If the behavior continues, please report the matter through this form at each occurrence. Note that continued violations may be needed to assess a fine depending on the Violation Policy of your community.
  5. Please note the Management Company does not decide if the reported violation receives action. This report will be submitted to the Board for their review and decision regarding any action.
