AM/PM Property Management, Inc. is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate. This licensing enables them to perform residential property management and real estate sales, exchanges, and acquisitions for their clients.
Members of the TEAM have completed course study offered by the Community Associations Institute and are knowledgeable and trained to facilitate the efficient operation of your Association.
