Susan Harris – President

Susan earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the Ohio State University in 1967 graduating in 4 years. Teaching elementary school in Mt. Healthy, Ohio and Long Beach, California sharpened her organizational skills required for effective Real Estate Practice. Realizing the need to stay current and up to date Susan believes strongly in Continuing Education. She regularly attends meetings and seminars in addition to the educational requirements to renew her real estate license. Seeing the need for reliable, sensible and trustworthy representation in real estate transactions Susan formed AM/PM Property Management in 1982. Through her direction, the AM/PM incorporated in 1985. Since then the President of the Corporation has been Susan Harris. Susan Harris takes great pride in her professionalism. Her people skills are appreciated by her clients!
She represents property owners in sales, exchanges, and acquisition of property. Buyers compare her patience, gentle explanation of the “process”, and successful close of escrows to a security blanket. Other realtors respect her follow-through and service providers appreciate her knowledge of building and construction. Susan believes in a “hands on, no nonsense” approach to real estate sales and management. Several attorneys hire Susan as a professional witness because of her expertise and courtroom demeanor. Working closely with clients we formulate plans to meet their long and short-term objectives. These decisions normally end up being extremely advantageous and lucrative for the client.

Susan is active in The Broker’s Group (about 70 brokers who network), California Assoiciation of Realtors, Community Assoiciations Institutute and she often speaks at Realty offices to educate agents about Homeowner Associations. She often acts as a professional witness for court hearings and is well respected in the industry.

Her family is extremely important to her and she really enjoys spending time with her grand-kids.
