- We VIDEO TAPE your property BEFORE a new Resident moves in. When the Tenant moves out we VIDEO TAPE the property again.
*Annual Inspections are Completed PRIOR to Offering a NEW Lease. New Lease Agreement Contains the Most Recent Forms to protect our clients. There is a $100 Charge for this service.
