Since 1982 they offered management expertise to Common Interest Developments. They are small enough to provide your community with quality service and our “hands-on” management approach will be an asset to your community. Their goal is to provide WORRY FREE MANAGEMENT to our clients at a reasonable rate.


Susan Harris, President, began her career in property management in 1972! She says the complaint she hears most often about other companies is LACK. That is: lack of information; lack of follow through; lack of response and lack of consistency of management personnel.


AM/PM Property Management, Inc.strives to eliminate the “lacks” and provide SERVICE. They are available to assist our clients by telephone on the web or in person. Our office hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Someone is always “on call” to handle an emergency.


Board members can expect additional information from their Board Packages about educational opportunities, pending and future major repairs, accounting, insurance, legal matters, and maintenance issues. Directors receive their Board Package four to five days before the meeting. Directors have ample time to prepare for the meeting.


Your Association receives prompt attention to repairs and Board requests.

Their experience as a Director combined with many years managing Homeowner Associations has be instrumental in developing superior management programs that meet and exceed the needs of your community.


Choose the program that best meets your needs. The Base Management includes complete services. Most Communities prefer the Full Service Management Program that includes postage, photocopying, paper products and normal supplies. You can clearly budget your administrative costs using that program.
